5. Tom Stubbs Has No Shame

Before The Ballad of Gay Tony took Luis on a great train robbery, GTA IV's first DLC introduced Johnny Klebitz (RIP) as the vice president of the Lost MC in The Lost and Damned. Johnny's struggles eventually acquaint him with politician Tom Stubbs, whom he gets to know very well over the events of the story.

Stubbs is the first male character to feature full frontal nudity, as at the end of the cutscene for the mission 'Politics' he is shown completely nude and with his genitals uncovered. Unsurprisingly, this was another in a long line of GTA controversies.

Stubbs' nudity is reference by the man himself in the scene, and he attempts to play down any shock with a calm and collected demeanour. While this may have helped many a player get over the initial shock of seeing the politician's pixel penis, it didn't quite have the same effect for the series' many detractors.
