11. Arnhem Knights (Medal Of Honour: Frontline)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hm_AKRAB5Rs All games cut from the same cloth as Medal of Honour have a tendency of making that final level have a huge spike in difficulty, flooding the WWII terrain with additional enemies and numerous choke points. Of course its nice to have a climb in difficulty as you progress but the final level often feels disproportionately more difficult so when you get to your 462nd attempt at completing Arnhem Knights sat with sweaty palms and tears streaming down your face you would be forgiven for thinking hey, this game is a little short. Arnhem Knights is so difficult it really does feel like the Hail Mary from the developers which signals the end, despite there being many more missions to come. The level starts in some houses with little action but you soon get thrust right into the middle of the hellish fray. You face tanks, machine gunners and a whole rocket launcher unit. Medikits are few and far between and health always seems to deplete rather quickly when youre in a fire-fight with a tank. Due to the difficulty of this level, many of us took the cowards way out and ran to the hills rather than fighting the soldiers for shame. WhatCulture Tip: Remember the location of medikits and amass as many grenades as possible you can throw them over walls and take out a number of enemies without ever risking your hide.
