6. The Legend - Stardew Valley

Aside from farming, Stardew Valley features a variety of side activities the player can engage in, such as mining, dungeon crawling, and, most importantly, fishing.

The game's finishing gameplay is surprisingly addicting, not to mention so complex and detailed, you will spend hours figuring out the different baits, locations, seasons, and times of day required for catching every single fish in the game.

And even then, only the most dedicated fisherfolk will have the tenacity and knowledge to have the slightest chance of catching... the Legend.

As the name suggests, the Legend is one of the five legendary fish in the game that can be caught only once in a standard playthrough.

The Legend will only appear if you have level 10 fishing and you cast your bobber exactly four tiles away from the land at the Lake area, in which case, you should have a 10% chance of luring the fish in.

The Legend can be sold for up to 10,000 gold, but if you keep it in your pond, it can produce its unique Legend Roe, which sells for 7,000 a piece when aged, making the effort of capturing it completely worth it.

It's the goose that lays the golden egg. Except in fish form.
