14. Mario + Rabbids: Sparks Of Hope

The original Mario + Rabbids was one of the highlights of the Switch's launch year. A turn-based tactical battler that paired the Mushroom Kingdom's most famous residents with Ubisoft's madcap Rabbids, Mario + Rabbids was yet another successful spin-off for the Italian plumber. (And a much-needed reminder that Ubisoft are still capable of making games that aren't a box-ticking exercise in open-world monotony).
Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope looks set to be a continuation of the formula that worked so well in the original, as Mario and the Rabbids once again team up for a series of turn-based fights against familiar Mario foes and evil hyperactive lagomorphs. (That word of the day calendar really is paying for itself).
It'll have been five years since the original by the time Sparks of Hope launches, and we're more than ready to dive back into gaming's least likely team-up since Bayonetta joined Smash Bros.
