Another small game from Ubisoft, Valiant Hearts was an emotional roller-coaster, which was also incredibly striking.

You'd be forgiven for thinking a 2D side-scrolling puzzle game set in World War One could be pretty bland looking but Valiant Hearts was anything but. Thanks to incredible art directions it was simply stunning.
