20 Predictions For 2017 Video Games' Metacritic Scores

6. Crackdown 3 (58)

Crackdown 3 has been a fascinating project to follow, originally announced at E3 2014 with a huge marketing emphasis placed on the game's innovative cloud computing technology, which will allow multiplayer matches to render an unprecedented level of destruction that a single Xbox One console could never handle alone.

Word has been quiet on the title for some time, as many suspect that the game's cloud tech may have proven more troublesome than expected, and as such it seems quite possible that the game will have a messy launch (assuming it even makes 2017) and basically be massively underwhelming.

We'd love to be wrong, but it's not looking good right now.
