5. Spending A Ton Of Money On Packs On The Off Chance You Actually Get Someone Good...
...And then enjoying the all too familiar feeling of bitterness when your best pack is not too dissimilar from the one above. We've all been there; it's payday and you're feeling lucky. "Surely my luck has to change soon", you think to yourself and so you convert a considerable amount of your hard-earned cash into Fifa Coins and go on a spending spree. Half an hour later, you're filled with shame and regret as once again, you've been tricked into lining EA's pockets for little gain. It's even worse when Team Of The Season rolls around and everybody seems to be pulling blue cards out of thin air. Maybe one day you'll pull the Messi you desperately crave; until then, you'll have to make do with non-rares and managers. On the bright side though, you'll have a nice stock of contract cards.
4. Blaming EA For Everything
Did you not pull Cristiano Ronaldo in the forty packs you opened earlier? Did you concede a last minute penalty which cost you promotion in Divisions? Did somebody raid your Ultimate Team account and leave you with nothing? Don't worry; it's all EA's fault. Every single flaw in Fifa is EA's fault, even if the fault lies more in the user-base than in the game itself. Why else would EA have been reported to BBC's Watchdog so often (hilariously, this is actually true. The last several installments of Fifa have featured on the programme)? Come on EA, admit your guilt for all the evil in the world and maybe, we can start to undo all the wrongs.
