Mr Resetti quickly became infamous in Animal Crossing since he keeps popping out of his hole to remind the player to save their game. If the player repeatedly resets the game without saving, this cranky mole will gradually become more irate until he starts yelling at you.

Because moles are small and have teeny-weeny eyes, they are often depicted as cute in children's stories, cartoons, and video games. However, no animal looks adorable when they keep screaming and threatening you like the way Mr Resetti does. The ironic thing is Resetti actually does look adorable when he's calm. However, this is such a rarity, most players have never seen him act in any manner other than enraged.
