20 Ugliest Animal Crossing Villagers

If you were shown Chip out of context and had to guess what video game franchise he originated from, people would probably say Five Nights at Freddy's. I mean - LOOK AT HIM! His wispy combover, freckled face, bulbous head, and buck teeth feel more at home in the iconic horror series than in a Nintendo franchise. Even though Animal Crossing likes to pump out as many cute characters as possible, Chip looks creepier in every new game as if the developers want him to haunt your dreams.

Thankfully, Nintendo had enough common sense to make Chip one of the very few villagers excluded in the latest instalment. If he never showed up in another sequel, I doubt any Animal Crossing fans would mind.
