Look, nobody wants to dislike Pietro. This ram is among the nicest villagers in any of the games.

But... he's a clown. Thanks to characters like Pennywise, people are instinctively afraid of clowns, even though their job is to make others happy. Pietro could have looked cute, even while dressed as a clown, if he had a neat design.

But he doesn't. Instead of wearing a standard jester outfit, Pietro wears everything associated with clowns. (In his debut, his get-up literally looks like a circus tent.) With his red nose, white makeup, his heart and tear markings on his eyes, and his shapeless rainbow-coloured frill, it's just too much. If Pietro wore a simpler outfit, he'd probably be pretty cool. I mean... probably not because... y'know... he's still a clown.
