10. Obtaining The Snake Key
Getting a hold of the much-needed snake key in this game is not a pleasant experience to say the least. Ethan discovers the corpse of the cop from earlier in the game, with a sign presumably written by Lucas that reads, "Prove you're a real man. Stick your hand down this pig's throat!"
The player then has to reach into the poor cop's decapitated head cavity and pull the key out while gore freely oozes out of the wound. It's absolutely disgusting, and while perhaps too gross-out for some fans of the series, undeniably got the desired, visceral "WTF!?!" reaction from players.
Also, has the black guy not suffered enough already? Even in death there's no peace.
