22 Biggest Disappointments Of E3 2015

8. Doom Isn't Out Until Spring 2016

Doom was an unfortunate conundrum at E3: the live gameplay demo shown off at the Bethesda press conference was a beautifully gory leap into the current generation for the franchise, but then came the kicker later on: it won't be coming out until spring next year. That's March at the very earliest, folks, which given the incredible shape the game looks in, seems like a mightily long time to wait. A whole 9 months. Hopefully it at least means the final product will be extremely polished, and on the plus side, it means another game you won't have to desperately scrape cash together this November to buy. But damn, fans would have found a way to pay for it this year, right? A bummer for sure, but everyone also knows how badly rushed games turn out.
