22 Biggest Disappointments Of E3 2016
15. Scalebound Is Utterly Unimpressive
After giving E3 a miss last year, Scalebound returned this time for an extended look at some co-op multiplayer gameplay.
Sadly, it just didn't inspire much excitement at all: the graphics, characters, writing and gameplay mechanics all seem either dull or cribbed from better prior games.
All in all, it just doesn't seem very unique or interesting despite the massive scale of the boss fight shown off. It was an absolute shoulder shrug of a demonstration, neither terrible nor memorable nor especially good.
This is one game that really needed to show up with something impressive after missing last year's show, and PlatinumGames categorically failed to do that.
