1. Minecraft (2011)
There's no denying it: Minecraft has taken the world by storm. The second biggest selling video game of all time (seriously) with over 54 million copies sold, this LEGO-like puzzle game (if that's what you want to call it) stands as a tribute to the limitless power of the imagination. The reason? There are seemingly no limits as to what you can do; the game is literally your oyster, where the own limit is your imagination. Whether you want to build a story or build a castle - Minecraft has got your back. For those who are yet to "get" Minecraft clearly haven't spend enough time with it; to write the game off on what you think you know about is a huge mistake. There's a reason why Minecraft is beloved all around the globe by millions and millions of people - you genuinely owe it to yourself to see what all the fuss is about.
