30 Awesome Reasons To Stay Alive In 2015

30. Parks & Recreation's Final Season (Jan 13-Feb 24)

After gingerly avoiding cancellation more than once, Parks and Recreation finally closes up shop early next year with a 13-episode final season, which as the season six finale made clear, appears to take place largely in 2017. For the first 6 weeks of its airing, fans will get two new episodes of Parks and Rec per week, before the 13th and final episode airs on its own (and will presumably run an extended length). Little is known about the final season, though it's been confirmed that Anne (Rashida Jones) and Chris (Rob Lowe) will return for at least one episode, and it would surprise absolutely no-one if the finale hinted at (if not outright showed) Leslie's (Amy Poehler) likely future as America's first female President. After seven mostly hilarious years, it's undeniably going to be emotional, and as the show's quality has begun to decline a little over the last year or two, this definitely feels like a smart time for everyone to bail.
