Though the first two Thor movies are among the weaker entries into the MCU, there's a lot of reasons to be hyped for the third: firstly, it's being directed by the superb Taika Waititi (What We Do in the Shadows), it's got Thor (Chris Hemsworth) teaming up with The Hulk (Mark Ruffalo), Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch), Loki (Tom Hiddleston) and Odin (Anthony Hopkins) are in it, Cate Blanchett plays the main villain Hela, and the cast is rounded out by Jeff Goldblum, Sam Neill, Tessa Thompson and Karl Urban.

Apparently drawing substantially from the Planet Hulk comic and set to have a substantial impact on the MCU, expect Ragnarok to take the Asgardian to great new heights.
