23. Just Cause 3 Looks Beautifully Chaotic, Due December 1
Not only has Just Cause 3 been announced to come just in time for Christmas, but Square Enix showed off some tasty gameplay footage at E3, demonstrating the game's beautiful explosions, plentiful chains of destruction, and as the developers themselves put it, "unpredictable chaos". There's monster trucks, there's insane flying abilities thanks to a new wingsuit, challenges ranked against online players, and simply everything else you'd expect from a game in this series...but on crack. The objectives aren't much different from the previous games: take down the evil General's bases and liberate captured towns, but then the franchise has never been so much about its plot and characters as the beautiful mayhem the player can cause.
Stay at home dad who spends as much time teaching his kids the merits of Martin Scorsese as possible (against the missus' wishes).
