25. The Division Is Finally Dated For March 8, 2016
The Division was first announced at E3 2013, and despite blowing gamers away with its ambitious massively multiplayer premise and stunning visuals, has had something of a troubled history since. After an initially planned 2014 release, it was announced that the game would be delayed until 2015, but last month, it was again delayed until 2016. Despairing gamers had their fears calmed somewhat with Ubisoft committing to an apparently concrete release date at this year's E3, staking out March 8th, 2016. Though it's frustrating that gamers have to wait another 8+ months to play The Division, at least this will (hopefully) result in the game avoiding Destiny's problems and actually delivering on its epic promises.
