2. It Brings People Together
You may not believe it, but eSports can actually unite people for the better good. I've been on many live competitions (just as a spectator, of course, I'd never waste my high-school life over pro-gaming), and it's just an amazing feeling to see a few hundred teenagers and sometimes even adults that share a common interest and talk about it with such a burning passion. It's like any other football game at a big stadium; the crowd's reaction to the game is magical. The cheers, the admiration and the unity of the people there will impress anyone. It cannot be described.
