2. Phantom Dust

Whilst the reboot of the Phantom Dust series may no longer be with us, the HD remaster of the game is supposed to be coming later this year. If it succeeds, perhaps Microsoft will continue the franchise.

One of Xbox's greatest examples of a cult classic, Phantom Dust didn't receive widespread attention, but garnered a fan following that made it a big deal when a remaster of the game was announced at E3. Although the remake is no longer happening, fans and newcomers alike will still get the chance to play the original game in 1080p this year.

Phantom Dust was special because of how it combined several different unique mechanics into one game. It managed to combine the typical aspects of third person shooting and card collecting into one experience that proved to be a hit with fans. Because many people missed it the first time round, Microsoft need to make sure that more people hear abou and get the chance to play it.

Here's hoping the game gets the attention it deserves later this year.
