6 Anticipated Video Games That Are Still Missing In Action

1) Half-Life 3

You all knew this was coming, right? While Valve may not have officially announced anything related to the Half-Life universe since 2007€™s release of Half-Life 2: Episode Two, basically everyone and their grandma knows Half-Life 3, or at least Episode Three, is coming. Valve have been as quiet as the grave in giving out any information about the next installment, except for Valve headhoncho Gabe Newell stating that the franchise may return to €œgenuinely scaring the player€, leaving fans clawing at walls with rampant speculation. In fact, back in January Half-Life fans organized a mass playing session through Steam where the intention was to push Half-Life 2 to the top of Steam€™s most played list and provoke Valve into giving some information about the next installment in the franchise. 29,000 players rallied together in a campaign to show their support and their desperation for a morsel of news. Valve made no response. It€™s easy to forget that Valve like taking their sweet damn time in doing whatever they hell they like when they like, but as the great Nintendo guru Shigeru Miyamoto once said €œA delayed game is eventually good, but a rushed game is forever bad€. Oh indeed Miyamoto-san, indeed. Are there any other games that stand out as missing in action to you? Which of the above are you most eager to see?
