Life is Strange is another game all about choices and consequences throughout the story, but there is one final choice that renders all other choices moot, shakes players to their emotional cores, and caused quite the divide among the fanbase at the time. From the very beginning, the game has focused heavily on the relationship between player character Max and her best friend Chloe, and depending on your choices, this relationship can be romantic.

Choice number 1, use your powers of time-travel to rewind back to before you ever started meddling with nature and causing huge storms, but in doing so, sacrifice Chloe’s life.
