6 Marvel Characters Who Could Have Games Better Than Spider-Man

1. Ant-Man

With Scott Lang and Hank Pym serving as Ant-Man over the years, a game based on the hero could potentially spotlight two different eras. Wasp could even be a playable character too and, for a character so small, the possibilities are huge.

It could even find a way to switch between both sizes simultaneously, a la the time travel mission in Titanfall 2. That level was one of the most well thought out in modern gaming and Ant-Man would be onto a winner if it recaptures those feelings.

Would it work? Would it be a disaster? The logic of the Ant-Man movies has always been spotty at best. Scott can run along the barrel of a gun with no weight and Hank can carry a tank easily, but ant sized Scott is strong enough to knock out a fully grown man? Not to mention how Michelle Pfeiffer’s Janet Van Dyne has aged in the quantum realm but survived for decades without food or water.

Still for all its flaws, Peyton Reed’s Ant-Man is possibly the funniest movie of the MCU, standing toe to toe with Guardians and Ragnarok. An Ant-Man game could, then, almost replicate this fun and humour, along with giving us puntastically named ant buddies to ride.
