1. Indiana Jones
Everyone knows Indiana Jones and his great adventures. Besides the Lego Indiana Jones games and the Wii only Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings, there has not been a genuine Indy based adventure on consoles since the awesome Indiana Jones and the Emperors Tomb in 2003. With the announcement of the PS3 and the 360 back in the day, videos of a
next-generation Indy popped up, but sadly somewhere in production the game was halted and since then there has been little in the way of Indy adventures. With the recent resurgence in third person action-adventure games and after the success of the Uncharted franchise and games like Tomb Raider being rebooted, we feel that it is surely time for Dr. Jones to come out of retirement and re-enter the gaming world to reclaim his throne as the best adventurer around. A good old fashioned Indy adventure battling evil and an ensuing worldwide adventurous race to stop ancient artefacts getting into the wrong hands makes for great gaming and give Indys unique brand of humour, tail-kicking and 1930s setting would be a refreshing touch in a world of modern adventure games. It is only a matter of time before he returns to our gaming screen, so lets hope it is a great one.
