4. Left For Dead
Left For Dead is another game that prides itself on teamwork. The original had one of the best communities on Xbox Live with players who actually worked together to defeat the undead brain munchers instead of running off like John Rambo. The sheer difficulty of the game seemed to increase the camaraderie between players too. Chances were, if you wanted to have fun but take advice at the same time, you would be made feel welcome - even if you were a 'noob'. Because of its popularity, Left For Dead 2 saw an influx of players which temporarily split the community with some players seemingly unable to work together. Thankfully, those that didn't want to adapt their attitude quickly moved onto other twitch based shooters and Left For Dead was restored to its former glory. Even today, with rival games such as DayZ and CoD Zombies, there is a small number of survivors still kicking some serious zombie ass online.
