7 Best Rockstar Games (You've Probably Never Heard Of)

4. Midnight Club

It's easy to forget that Rockstar Games had a four-game long racing series during the mid 2000s for the PS2 and Xbox, with the last coming out in 2008 for PS3 and Xbox 360. This is understandable once you consider it never really got as much press as their other work did on a consistent basis. Regardless, the series is deserving of some hype, as every entry in this series was well-received, getting 73% at lowest and even up to 90% for multiple entries in the series. It's very easy to simply state "So it's GTA, but without the murdering or ladies of the night?" Well, I'm here to say that it's very much its own racing beast, and does plenty to stand out from its other racing game competitors. Every Midnight Club has not only an open world to free-roam in, it has tons of customisation, plenty of cars to collect and drive around in, as well as a plethora of races to take part in, with built-in shortcuts that you'll have to discover (no Wario Stadium-like shortcuts to be found, however). Mix that in with a career mode to play through, and you've got plenty to work with, if you've got a craving for a solid racing game (or four).
