As the name implies, Tetris Twist is a twist on the regular Tetris gameplay. Usually in the famous puzzle game you play until you've lost, here there are goals to complete.

There are numerous levels throughout Tetris Twist each of which have different requirements to beat including clearing out a certain number of lines, making sure certain areas are filled with a Tetromino and then cleared, and clearing out predetermined blocks. There are even levels where the world is upside down.
