Even though they've sank $500 million into the marketing budget for this game, Bungie and Activision have still failed to advertise the single most appealing and awesome sounding aspect of the game: becoming a space wizard. Alright, technically the class is called Warlock, but that isn't fooling anybody. While playing, Warlock's not only have the ability to simulate a Jedi's Force Push ability for a melee attack, but also after leveling it up that attack can siphon energy and disintegrate enemies. But wait, there's more. The Warlock's main special ability was dubbed the Vortex Grenade. This amazing attack was essentially a magical purple grenade that shot out a spectacle of tendrils and energy after it detonated. The explosion was awesome in and of itself, but then the cloud of energy lingers and drains the health of enemies that pass through it. If that isn't some of the coolest space magic you've ever heard of, then you need to re-evaluate your view on the world. The backbone of Destiny's gameplay might be using big guns and firepower, but make no mistake: everyone knows when a Warlock enters the battlefield.
