8 Hilarious Moments In Truly Disturbing Video Games

After crawling through spider-infested tunnels, escaping the clutches of the undead, or just being showering in more gunk than even a 90's kids TV show would deem acceptable, it's little wonder that when it comes to horror video game protagonists some of our heroes want to change up their outfits from time to time.

Yet in some cases, it's not just a case of letting their hair down (or indeed tying it up in a different style) but a full wardrobe revamp that can see some outlandish costumes grace our screens, and you don't get much more varied, sleazy and weird than the getups found in Capcoms undersung horror gem Haunting Grounds.

By completing the game under certain time requirements and with certain ranks, the player can unlock a myriad of costumes for lead Fiona and her dog Hewie, and some of them, well as Hewie himself would put it are "woof".

First up let's get the sexy stuff out the way, and by that I mean you can don Fiona in a bondage suit and a cowgirl costume respectively, both of which give her different attacks in the form of a whip and a gun which is pretty cool. However the real star of the show is the Frog suit, which not only affords you infinite stamina but also when you stand still and crouch, she poses like a frog!

Unsurprisingly watching Fiona pose like this when she's meant to be fighting for her life made me laugh so hard I nearly croaked.
