1. The Depths Are Really Confusing - The Legend Of Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom

After The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild received every Game of the Year Award under the sun, expectations were astronomical for the follow-up.

Astonishingly, Tears of the Kingdom proved it was worth the hype. Thanks to the refined mechanics, brand-new powers, and expanded map, there are times when this Legend of Zelda game feels like a bigger and better version of its predecessor.

Having said that, nobody can pretend The Depths isn't an absolute nightmare to navigate through. This region is shrouded in darkness, forcing Link to use Glow potions, Brightbloom seeds, and Lightroots to explore.

Since The Depths is as large as the main map, it takes hours for our Hylian hero to work his away around this area, especially while dodging the rock-hard enemies and energy-sapping goo littered around every corner.

What's worse is The Depths are filled with enormous structures that block Link's path, forcing players to blindly guess where to go. There's nothing more frustrating than spending 20 minutes climbing a cliffside or a mountaintop, only to learn it leads nowhere!

As such, players who intend to 100% the main campaign may abandon that notion once they realise how infuriating The Depths are.
