8 Popular Video Game Glitches You Were Never Meant To Find

7. GoldenEye 007 - Cutscene Firefight

Right at the beginning of what became the multiplayer shooting experience for us older gamers; Goldeneye is hailed as one of the greatest games ever made but not necessarily for its campaign mode - thank Natalya for that...

However, the game did offer us a little something to boost the entertainment value of the single player mode, aside of the rather useful cheats Rare included in the game. While invincibility, DK mode and the Golden Gun were very useful to the campaign mode itself - what we really wanted was something we weren't supposed to do.

This need to break the rules led to the discovery of the cutscene glitch.

In brief, whenever you approached a section of the game with a cutscene; swapping the controls to a specific set up (Domino or Goodhead) meant you could still fire your weapons during the scene and take down any enemies who appeared on screen with minimal effort and, usually, comedic animations.

Very useful if Bond found himself surrounded... as usual!
