8. Controller Battery Life Lasts Longer Than A Couple Of Hours

Let's get this obvious one out the way; the PS4 DualShock definitely has a lot going for it in terms of its general weight and feel, but you'll be lucky to get through any game in one sitting before it needs a recharge.

Seriously, anything requiring multiple button inputs in short spaces of time (like first-person shooters or action games for example) will drain a full charge in a couple of hours, it's literally just that bad.

Plus don't forget, the only reason Sony changed their core DualShock aesthetic was in response to the Xbox's success with its original Controller S. The Xbox One pad continues where the S and 360 versions left off, throwing in far better analogue sticks than the slimy DualShock 4 ones, and finishes off with individual rumble packs in different parts of the controller.

Oh, and the DS4's LED 'light bar' thing? It's laughably pointless.
