7. View A Live List Of Tracked Achievements In-Game

Want to check your Trophy progress on the PS4? That means hitting the home button, hopping across a menu, waiting for the list to sync, reading up on what you want to aim for, and then jumping back into your game of choice.

On Xbox One you double tap the home button to bring up the side Snap window, select Achievements, and - without leaving the game at all - you've got a handy list on the side that'll get updated in real time with whatever you're doing. It can remain while you play, or be dismissed and called back as and when you need it.
