1. Games To Define A Generation
Look in your library of games, it is almost guaranteed you will have one or more classic games developed by Rockstar. Ask any gamer or non-gamer and it is guaranteed they will have a story about an adventure they have had in a Grand Theft Auto game. Ask any news outlet or politician and they will have a million wrong excuses as to why Rockstar's games are the cause of all violence. Rockstar Games has to be one of the most recognizable game developers of the last decade. Very few developers have been the sole blame for all of society's problems. Very few developers revolutionized gaming, and shaped the gaming world for what it would become today. Very few developers can make their games withstand the test of time. Very few developers can make their franchise the most wanted and best selling franchise after 16 years and nearly 14 games. And very few developers can make games that will forever define a generation quite like Rockstar Games. With a few of their titles celebrating 10th anniversary's, the promise of GTA V being the biggest game they have ever done, and teasing sequels to games like Bully, L.A. Noire, and another installment in the Red Dead series, we will be seeing a lot of Rockstar Games for decades to come. So there you have it, Rockstar Games fanboyism to the maximum.
