Now, stop laughing, yes I know that the boss is called Uranus, but trust me taking on The Chimera as she's also known in Bloody Roar 3 is one of the most difficult and cheap fighting game boss battles you can experience.

The Chimera is like a checklist of all the worst features of a fighting game battle rolled into one, as she's capable of the following:

Teleportation, zero windup to devastating attacks, a grab that's almost an insta kill that can't be interrupted, an animal form that maintains her speed meaning she effectively becomes twice as strong with zero drawbacks, a series of moves that look like they will hit high but at the last minute switch to low.

Most annoying of all, Ol' Anus is able to block nearly every single hit you try and land on her. Getting to The Chimera is bad enough, tasking you with getting through arcade mode without dying once.
