Here's the most controversial point for so many reasons. Forget your opinion about Nintendo for a moment, there's absolutely no way you can deny their innovation. Over the years, they've constantly hunted away from the main pack and done a fine job of creating technology, birthing hundreds of moments that have left us simply saying, 'Wow...' Ripping the Wii out of its box on Christmas Morning 2006 was hands-down one of the most exciting moments in gaming, purely because Nintendo had made something that others didn't even dare to attempt. With Sony and Microsoft, you always know exactly what you're going to get. A more powerful machine each generation with better graphics, smoother games and better-detailed explosions. The NX will once again be a risk, but if the innovation gamble pays off, it could be incredible.
