The ending of Dishonored's second DLC, The Brigmore Witches, has main antagonist Delilah Copperspoon (canonically) trapped inside a painting of her own making. However, by the time of Dishonored 2, the evil witch has returned to usurp Emily Kaldwin and name herself Empress of the Isles.

This is due to a dark ritual conducted three years prior, bringing Delilah back to this plane of existence more powerful than ever. On their mission to find and defeat her, Emily or Corvo learns that Delilah is immortal in her current form, as her spirit is housed separate from her body in the mansion of the corrupt duke, Luca Abele.

Until you manage to reunite Delilah's spirit with her body, there is no way to kill her for good.

The end of the game takes place in Delilah's new masterpiece, a painting capturing her vision of a perfect world. If you're going for the nonlethal approach, simply dispose of her doppelgängers, knock her out and carry her out of the painting.

But if you so wish, it's now entirely possible to kill her, and in classic Dishonored fashion, doing so is as easy or as hard as you make it. Shoot her in the head with your crossbow, or take her head-on with sword and superpowers. Your choice.
