8 Video Game Character Cameos That Made You Go "What?!"

In this day and age, fighting games have cornered the market of "Oh shiiiiiiiit" moments when it comes to announcing guest fighters. It's such a weird sentence to say that you can indeed pick up a game in which the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles can take on Batman, or that Mega Man can batter the piss out of Kuma from Tekken, yet here we are.

However, I can say with pure certainty that nobody expected to see Negan of all people appear in Tekken 7. For starters, there had been no indication of there ever... EVER being a Walking Dead fighting game, nor that Negan would deem a global fighting tournament worthy of his time. Then again, the man does love bashing in skulls.

Appearing to a confused chorus of screams and joy, Tekken 7 dropped the maniac into the mix, and he proceeded to utterly decimate it, making for a second round of "What?!" when nerfs had to come in and address how much he bludgeoned the meta.

Weirdly enough, this is exactly in keeping with his character!
