7. Jordi Chin - Watch Dogs
Find a friend who'll tell you, "We don't hang out, because we'd kill each other."
In the original Watch Dogs, protagonist Aiden Pierce has a partner - the likeable fixer Jordi Chin, though it's also quite the understatement to say that the pair have a love-hate relationship for the ages.
Their barbed chit-chat is one thing, but at the end of the game, we learn that Jordi has been hired to kill Aiden, who fights back and wounds Jordi.
Hilariously though, Jordi doesn't seem to hold much of a grudge, as he continues to assist Aiden regardless, even giving him the location of his niece's killer.
This frenemy-ship continues into the Bloodline DLC for Watch Dogs: Legion, where despite their differences, Jordi offers Aiden work and even declares that he's Aiden's only real friend. Oof.
This uneasy dynamic is honestly the most - perhaps the only - interesting thing about Aiden, and we'll reiterate the stance that Jordi would've made for a way more entertaining protagonist.
