Over the years, many interesting little secrets about The Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time have been revealed, including the fact it's literally impossible to beat the The Running Man in a race and that Ganon can be beaten by chucking Deku Nuts at his tail. One thing fans didn't know about for a long time, however (until a few started poking around within the games' files) is the Arwing cameo.

The Arwing is an enemy in Ocarina Of Time that doesn't show up in the regular game, but can be triggered by altering the games' code. On the original N64 cartridge this would require a GameShark, but on a ROM of the game you can access it directly by replacing a couple lines of code. The enemy uses the Arwing model from Lylat Wars (an Arwing being one of the white and blue ships flown by team Star Fox).

Everything from how the Arwing attacks (by shooting lasers at Link) to its defeat animation (crashing into the ground and causing a massive explosion, which can cause damage to Link if he's caught in it) is unique and very surreal to see in a Zelda game.
