8 Video Games That Reward You For Doing Nothing

1. Watch Me Dance! - Monster Party

To call the NES title "Monster Party" a bit of an odd game is like saying that those kids at school who called the teacher "mum" were going to be more than a little ridiculed by the end of the lesson aka a monstrous understatement.

I say this because while the moment-to-moment gameplay might suggest your typical action-adventure platformer, when it came to the "boss battles" of which there are a metric shedload, things go off the rails so hard that I can definitely confirm that there are going to be zero survivors with regards to your brain matter.

For example, try and wrap your head around the moment you arrive at a boss arena only to find the monster in question begging for you to leave it alone, before then launching a deadly pumpkin assault at you that will obliterate your health in seconds, or how about a monster that's already dead and then seeing the beast inform you of this fact before spurting out a reward. I

It's as hilarious as it is utterly insane.

However, there's actually another boss that rewards you for doing precisely nothing as you'll come across two zombies who ask that you simply "watch them dance" after which they'll shamble and prance about the screen before dropping to the floor and giving you a reward.

It's not entirely clear if you'll be standing still by choice here or will just be so dumbfounded that you'll have become utterly stupefied.
