8 Video Games That Reward You For Doing NOTHING

5. All Walls Are Exits - Gauntlet

I absolutely adore Gauntlet, being just old enough to have spent a lot of time and considerable coin playing on a beaten-up old copy of the game down at my local swimming pool.

Every weekend my friends and I would engage in a bit of low res fighting and fantasy and it was an absolute blast as we crowded the cabinet, yelling and screaming at each other to hold off the hordes of evil in a desperate effort to survive.

We never did see things through to the final levels though as our skills and wallets were often left wanting, however little did I know that there was a much easier way to play through this game, and all it required was a bit of patience!

If all players choose not to move AT ALL for 200 seconds, they'll see something wonderful happen, in that all of the walls in the level will transform into exits, allowing you to leave the level with no issue whatsoever.

In fact, this cheese exploit is so good that some players swear by it on certain levels, because the time it'd take you to complete it normally is higher than the wait limit, and you end up losing less health!

Laziness as a speed run strat! Perfection.
