Where the game fits In the Assassin’s Creed universe is incredibly important as it sits right at the crossroads for a lot of the games. Providing the backstory to characters like Achilles and giving his seclusion in the Assassin’s Creed 3 a whole lot of depth, alongside building on Haytham’s story, revealing details about what he did in the break of Assassin’s Creed 3. Rogue makes that game a whole much better because of some of the details it reveals. And while it can’t fix Connor’s monotone character it makes the game feel a lot deeper.
Not only does it do all that, but it fixes one of the major flaws with Unity and adds context and depth to the beginning of that game.
