6. Booker DeWitt (Bioshock: Infinite)
The gun-toting, wise-cracking, grey-vest wearing embodiment of vintage American cool, Booker DeWitt deserves a place on this list due to his name alone. When he's not saving faux-damsel-in-distress Elizabeth from a tower-turned-prison, he's taking on countless numbers of the city of Columbia's more disturbed citizens, all in the hope of discovering exactly what his real mission is. Infinite is a game overflowing with character and personality, and any number of the mini-bosses or supplementary characters like The Lutece scientist twins would also be worthy of inclusion on any list relating to memorability. As it stands the gigantic cogs that hold the universe of Bioshock: Infinite in-check are liberally tampered with by Mr. Dewitt, providing one of the most intricately rewarding games of the year, alongside (on PC at least), a phenomenal graphical showcase too.
