7. Carol The Ghoul (Fallout 3)

Seeing as we live in a ghoul-free world here in real life, I think it's not crossing a political-correctness line to say that the thought of any kind of ghoul sexual activity makes the skin crawl (unless you're a ghoul, in which case you don't even have any skin. Urgh). But much though we like to deny it, ghouls too have sexualities and preferences, and kudos to Bethesda for subtly (and I mean subtly) throwing it into Fallout 3. Carol the friendly ghoul is the owner's of the Carol's Place bed-and-breakfast, which she runs together with Greta, who it's heavily implied she's in a relationship with. The two have been living happily together for 60+ years, though Greta (the grouch) is prone to getting possessive of Carol, shows jealousy towards her adopted son Gob, and even sometimes warns you to 'stay away from Carol' when you get too friendly. Goes to show that even without flesh, there's someone for everyone...
