9 Great Video Games With ONE Broken Enemy
9. Azazel - Tekken 6
How to tank any and all positivity around your fighting game? Fall into the trap of making a boss that uses stun-locks to manufacture challenge.
The problem with Azazel specifically, was his A.I. could juggle you to death if it randomly decided to. No ifs, no buts, no counters or coconuts - Azazel came complete with guard-breaking ground-spikes, stun-locks and an invulnerability window. The latter meant if the game decided he wasn't going to be affected by your attacks, he just wasn't, instead landing hits right through them instead.
With all these abilities combined, it was pot luck as to whether you survived an encounter. In arcades, you have to imagine Azazel was coded to hoover up coins and make a lot of money, but on consoles? Fighting him was just unpleasant.
