9. Bruce Willis - First A-List Actor Scanned Into A Game
Opening with something that was a technical marvel for the time - even if the other side of Willis' time in the booth looked more Die Hard: With A Potato. Sadly the Armageddon tie-in game wasn't great either thanks to being coded specifically to work with the dual analogue-delights of the all-new DualShock... in a world where 99% of people had the original skinny Playstation controller - sans the right stick needed to play it properly. Instead it was directional firing by way of the face buttons (something the original PSP resorted to as well) and a voice-over performance from Willis that sounded more like he'd been woken up by a boom mic in the middle of the night. Still, despite not being the best first attempt at transferring a major silver screen talent, it meant the only way to go was up.
