7. Cazador - Fallout: New Vegas
Deathclaws are famously irksome but when it comes to annoying enemies in the Wasteland the Cazador flies out on top.
They're not the hardest to defeat on their own but when we see/hear a group of them coming our hearts sink. They're fast, ugly, and a damned pain, literally and figuratively, when they get too close.
Never mind the fact that they still cause you grief from beyond the grave if they manage to sting you. There's definitely more than one annoying kind of bug in gaming.
