9 New Video Games To Look Out For In June 2017

5. Get Even

What Is It?

Bandai Namco's horror adventure/FPS has been in development for a very long time, initially announced way back in 2014. Now, its release has almost slipped under the radar.

Playing as amnesiac detective Cole Black, players explore a dilapidated asylum, with a mysterious guide known as "Red". Cole is forced to relive his memories over again, via a black headset strapped to his head. With nothing but a phone and his wits, he explores the depths of the asylum to find answers to his own twisted psyche.

Get Even prides itself on the twists of its story, choosing to construct an engaging narrative that will leave players anxious to turn every corner. At the same time, it adds inventive new mechanics, such as the 'Corner Gun', to freshen up the gunplay. If you're not a fan of the current FPS game market, Get Even is looking to shake up an otherwise tired genre - keep an eye on it.

When It's Out

You can Get Even for PS4, Xbox One, and PC on 23 June.
