9 Nintendo Switch Exclusives That Could Be Announced At E3
4. The First Entry In A New Metroid Series
One day in the near future, I'd like to imagine that Nintendo will finally catch up with the rest of the world in realizing that it has been far too long since the Metroid series (the Prime trilogy, in particular) got a suitable follow-up.
Right now, I can only believe that the series' current status as being on hiatus is nothing more than a business tactic masterminded by the men in suits at Ninty HQ - a ploy to ensure that whatever off-world adventure awaits Samus next generates enough hype to send the internet into meltdown.
A decade. That's how much we've all aged since Corruption launched, and despite what you may believe, Nintendo, vaguely connected spin-offs just aren't going to cut it any longer. I'm a fan of Other M just as much as the next guy, but if I can get a true, first-person sequel before I hit retirement age, that would be swell, thanks.
